The Department of Management Sciences at Dar-ul-Madina International University successfully organized an inspiring seminar on the topic “The Master Key to Success: You Are One Step Away from Greatness” on December 4, 2025. The seminar aimed to motivate students and faculty members to adopt effective strategies for personal and academic success, emphasizing confidence, discipline, and consistent effort.
The distinguished guest speaker for the seminar was Dr. Muhammad Shakeel, who shared his insights on the principles of success and personal development. Dr. Abdul Haseeb, Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences, and Director QAC, welcomed the participants. He emphasized that the education system must focus on the three Cs i.e Confidence, Creativity, and Character Building. He Dr. Haseeb further stated that success is not distant; it begins with a single step, guided by the right intention and sustained effort.
The Guest Speaker, Dr. Muhammad Shakeel elaborated on the importance of system, discipline, and consistency as the true keys to success. He emphasized that there is no shortcut to achieve excellence, and success requires persistent effort, self-discipline, and careful planning. He encouraged students to utilize their time effectively, create structured schedules, and set clear goals. He also highlighted the significance of maintaining a positive mindset, learning from failures, and cultivating resilience as essential qualities for long-term success. Dr. Shakeel’s talk inspired students to view challenges as opportunities for growth and motivated them to take proactive steps toward achieving their personal and academic aspirations.
A large number of students and faculty members attended the seminar.
